Travel Planning Services
SMC VACAY acts as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between clients and travel suppliers including cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, airlines, and other travel providers.
We assist in researching, planning, and arranging travel experiences; however, all travel services are ultimately provided by third-party suppliers.
Supplier Responsibility
All bookings made through SMC VACAY are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual travel suppliers.
These suppliers are responsible for the operation of their services including:
Cruise itineraries
Accommodations
Transportation
Tours and excursions
Schedule changes or cancellations
SMC VACAY is not responsible for errors, omissions, delays, or changes made by travel suppliers.
Pricing and Availability
Travel pricing and availability are subject to change at any time and are not guaranteed until confirmed by the travel supplier and a booking deposit has been received.
Promotions and special offers may be time-limited and subject to supplier terms.
Deposits and Payments
Most travel suppliers require deposits to secure reservations. Payment schedules, final payment deadlines, and cancellation penalties are determined by the travel supplier.
Failure to make payments by the required deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and change policies vary by travel supplier and will be outlined at the time of booking.
Cancellation penalties may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and the policies of the supplier.
SMC Vacay recommends reviewing all supplier terms before confirming any booking.
Travel Documentation
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the proper travel documentation required for their trip, including:
Valid passport
Visas (if required)
Health documentation
Entry requirements for destinations visited
SMC Vacay is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incorrect or incomplete travel documents.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips. Insurance may provide coverage for unexpected events including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, or lost baggage.
Clients are responsible for reviewing coverage details and determining whether insurance meets their needs.
Limitation of Liability
SMC VACAY shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to:
Acts of God
Weather events
Government restrictions
Supplier operational issues
Transportation delays
